TX Firefighter Shot and Killed During Fight

Off-duty Woodlands firefighter Nicholas Daniel was shot and killed early Sunday morning after getting into a fight with another man in Montgomery County.

Daniel and the man allegedly had gotten into a fight the previous evening at a party, which then spilled into the early morning hours when Daniel went and confronted the man at his home.
