Newark Firefighters Wayne 'Bear' Brooks Jr., 49, and Augusto Acabou, 45, made the ultimate sacrifice just over one week ago.
They were killed in a cargo ship fire at Port Newark.
Brooks was a 16-year veteran and assigned to Ladder 4 in the South Ironbound neighborhood.
