A driver who drove circles around an Orange County fire engine preventing it from leaving has been charged.
Elijah Grove-Thomas was charged with felony and misdemeanor charges, WESH reported.
When firefighters arrived at the scene in April, they found no car fire but a large crowd and cars involved in street racing.
Their attempt to leave was prevented by a vehicle driving around it. A video of the incident was posted, and police vowed to find the driver.
And they did just that on Wednesday.
