Watch: Firefighter Falls off Ladder at Easton, PA, Building Fire
A Wilson Borough firefighter who fell off a ladder at a three-alarm fire in Easton Friday suffered multiple fractures.
Just after calling a Mayday due to being low on air, Robert “Bobby” Lewullis bailed out and was climbing down a ground ladder from the third floor when he fell about 20 feet.
He was transported to St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem Township,, according to Lehigh Daily.
The U.S. Marine Corps veteran, who suffered a broken back in the fall, remains hospitalized.
