    The Johnston Fire Department is a full time paid department that serves the town of Johnston Rhode Island (population 30,000). The department runs 4 engines, 1 ladder, and 3 advance life support rescues, which run out of four stations. The station photos sent are of Station 1, which opened in June 2004. It houses Engine 1 and Rescue 1. Engine 1 is manned by 3 Firefighters and Rescue 1 is manned by 2 firefighter/EMT-Cardiac technicians.
