Founded in Quebec in 2018 by firefighters, Tactik 360 was born from a simple challenge we faced inside our department: maintaining critical skills and competencies without overwhelming budgets, staffing resources, or operational schedules.

Since then, we have been dedicated to developing immersive virtual reality training solutions that are affordable, practical, and accessible to organizations of all sizes. Our mission is to provide emergency services and safety professionals with tools that support ongoing competency development directly within their stations, using minimal equipment and personnel.

While virtual reality can never replace hands-on training, it offers a powerful complement by reinforcing knowledge, developing soft skills, and diversifying training programs. Our solutions allow organizations to train more frequently, more consistently, and more efficiently using affordable standalone VR headsets.

Beyond emergency response training, we also develop public education experiences designed to increase engagement and improve knowledge retention. We believe that important safety messages deserve innovative delivery methods, and that immersive technology can significantly enhance public awareness and learning outcomes. Experiential learning has a profound impact on retention and behavior change, which is why we create realistic and potentially dangerous situations that people can safely experience in virtual reality, allowing them to learn by doing, without any real-world risk.

Today, more than 150 organizations use one or more Tactik 360 products. Through a partnership with the Quebec Fire Chiefs Association, fire departments serving populations of 5,000 residents or fewer can access our solutions for as little as $175 per year, making advanced training technologies accessible even to the smallest departments.
