Truck 42, a 109-foot Viper aerial built by Rosenbauer America, has been put in service with the Atwater, CA, Fire Department.

 Truck 42, a 109-foot Viper aerial built by Rosenbauer America, has been put in service with the Atwater, CA, Fire Department. It is built on a Rosenbauer RBM Commander cab and chassis, powered by a 500-hp Cummins engine and an Allison 4000EVS transmission. It is equipped with a Waterous CSU 2,000-gpm pump with a 500-gallon water tank with a 20-gallon foam cell. Other features include Whelen warning lights and a GreenStar generator.
