Testimonial from Chief Kevin Miller, M.D.: “Sugarcreek Fire & Rescue chose Life Line Emergency Vehicles because of the reputation for building a high-quality and safe emergency vehicle. Other key factors that influenced our decision were their competitive pricing and ability to remount the box unit in addition to excellent customer service. Salesman Derek Shaffer from Pfund Superior Sales Inc. was excellent to work with and was more than willing and able to sit down with us as we built and purchased our first ambulance as a fire department. The ability of Derek to see our vision and allow customization of the apparatus to our operations was paramount to this process. Our focus at Sugarcreek Fire & Rescue is the critical/peri-arresting patient. The customization process allowed us to set for the rapid deployment of supplies and equipment to provide timely care. This customization also allowed us to create a patient compartment allowing for patient access by multiple providers to perform multiple procedures simultaneously.”
