Apparatus - Edwardsville, Kan., Puts Custom Pumper in Service

The Edwardsville, Kan., Fire Department recently took delivery of a Pierce Saber pumper with a Cummins engine and an Allison transmission. For firefighting it has a 1,250-gpm pump and a Husky foam system.

Other equipment includes all LED warning lights from Whelen and LED scene light operated off the truck's 12-volt electrical system. It's also equipped with On-Spot automatic chains.
