The Palmview Fire Department has taken delivery of a custom-build Ferrara pumper.
The vehicle is built on a Cinder chassis with a rescue body and is powered by a Cummins L9 450-HP engine with a Hendrickson Steertech axle.
The pump is a Hale QMAX 2,000-GPM with a 1,000-gallon water tank. The pump system includes a FoamPro 2001 foam system with a 10-gallon foam tank.
Additional features include a FireCom intercom system, FRC InView360 camera system and FireTech Scene lights.
