Skeeter Brush Trucks recently completed delivery of three 1,750-gallon Type-2 tactical tenders to the Los Alamos County, NM, Fire Department.

These versatile rigs feature custom aluminum flatbed tender bodies with custom fabricated exoskeletons to protect the cab and body. They have a unique dual-pump system consisting of a PTO-driven Darley PSP (1,250-gpm) and a standalone Darley HE 48K (500-gpm).

A thermal imaging camera is paired with a remote bumper monitor capable of flowing both Class A (20 gallons) and Class B (40 gallons) foam, allowing these tenders to be prepared for the wide array of unique situations that may arise in their districts.
