Lake Country, WI, Rig Crashes Responding to Apartment Fire

The Lake Country firefighter behind the wheel when the tender rolled onto its side was wearing a seatbelt.

A Lake Country Fire Rescue tender rolled onto its side while headed to a house fire Sunday.

The driver, who was the only aboard, was not hurt, Lake Country Fire and Rescue Chief Matthew Fennig told WISN, adding that he was wearing a seatbelt.

Fennig said the rig rolled at the roundabout at Highway 18 and Highway 83 in Delafield.
