The Pro Board is a leader in accrediting public sector organizations that certify emergency services responders.
For nearly 30 years, the Pro Board’s operations were managed by its executive secretary and treasurer, Tony O’Neill. O’Neill, who will retire in early 2022, made significant contributions to the organization’s management and growth and led the organization into this new phase. Upon announcing his retirement, the Pro Board embarked on a search to transition its operations to a highly-capable management services company. In this new role, First Arriving will coordinate with accreditation, reaccreditation and site visit teams and will manage its day to day business operations.
