N.C. Responders Investigate Arson Fire at Wal-Mart

There were no injuries, but the Winston-Salem Wal-Mart was closed for about two hours due to a fire authorities believe was set in the store.

June 16--WINSTON-SALEM -- Officials are investigating a fire they believe was intentionally set at a Wal-mart Sunday evening.

The Winston-Salem Fire Department was called to the Wal-mart at 4550 Kestermill Road about 7:20 p.m.

Police and fire officials investigated the fire and determined it was intentionally set by someone inside the store, according to Winston-Salem police. Law enforcement hasn't yet determined who set the fire.

Wal-mart was closed for about two hours due to the fire.

No one was injured.
