Two Die in Seattle Grow House Fire

A firefighter was not hurt when he went through a hole in the floor during the battle. Two bodies were discovered in the inside the building.

Two people perished in a house fire in Seattle. Police believe the house was used as a marijuana grow operation.

When firefighters arrived on the scene, they saw huge flames on the south end of the home, according to KOMO Local 2 News. A firefighter fell through a 15-by-15-foot hole in the first floor of the house, but was unhurt, the station reported.

During the firefight, two bodies were found as well as what they believe was a marijuana grow operation, the station reported.

Authorities did not disclose the identity of the victims, or the size of the grow operations.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
