Runaway Military Blimp Secured in Pennsylvania

Authorities in Pennsylvania have secured a military blimp that broke loose from its tether in Maryland Wednesday, taking down power lines in its wake. Officials said the break occurred around 12:20 p.m. at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
