FDNY fire marshals have arrested a Brooklyn man who set fire to a home early Monday while 16 people, including children, were sleeping inside.

Sean Figaro, 37, is facing 16 counts of attempted murder, along with arson and reckless endangerment charges, according to New York City Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro.
