FDNY Graffiti Vandal Caught Red-Handed

Authorities caught the 42-year-old suspect in the act, vandalizing an FDNY station in Washington Heights.

Police arrested  Jem R. Ibrahimov, 42, for the "biased graffiti" left on an FDNY fire station and ambulances in Manhattan while he was vandalizing a facility in Washington Heights.
