Florida firefighters are cautioning residents about cars with keyless ignitions following the death of a Tampa man from carbon monoxide poisoning.

"It appears they are on the rise. People forget to turn them off,” Tampa firefighter Matt Russell told WFTS-TV

Officials suggest residents buy carbon monoxide detectors for their homes. Symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning include nausea, vomiting and headaches, the TV station reports.
