A stolen ambulance was found in a San Antonio neighborhood about 10 miles from where it was stolen.
The homeowner called police when he returned from work Thursday and found the ambulance parked at his house, Kens5 reported.
A neighbor who saw a man near the rig earlier in the day thought there may have been in a call in area.
The ambulance had been stolen from STAT headquarters about 2 a.m. All the medical equipment was still secure in the patient compartment.
Police had a man in custody, but had not charged him.
