A Wichita fire truck was struck while responding to a crash last night, according to KAKE-TV.
Crews were responding to the collision on 53rd and Meridian at approximately 6 p.m. when the incident occurred.
A car trying to go around emergency vehicles went into traffic, causing a head on collision and one of the vehicles to skid into the fire truck.
No one was injured in the crash and the extent of the damage done to the fire truck was not reported.
