Colorado Firefighters Find Body In Trunk Of Burning Car
Aurora firefighters made a gruesome discovery Sunday morning after they extinguished what they thought was a simple car fire.
After the car fire was put out, firefighters opened the vehicle's trunk and found a body inside.
Police are investigating the case as a suspicious death. The name and gender of the victim have not been released.
The flaming car was found in a field, just off of South Aurora Parkway, about 1 mile north of Smoky Hill Road. Firefighters received a call about a car on fire just after 6 a.m.
