Police: Homeowner Disappears Following Michigan House Fire

The woman who lived in the home went missing after the fire and has not been seen since.

Police are investigating an arson fire in Brownstown Township and said foul play is suspected.

The woman who lived in the home, 49-year-old Lezzie Collier-Sweet, went missing after the fire and has not been seen since, according to Brownstown Township police.

Although the investigation is under way, police said foul play may be involved and are bringing in the help of a cadaver K-9 to search the wooded area nearby.

There were no children in the home at the time of the blaze.
