September 3, 2005 -- The IAFF is currently collecting information on the availability of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) teams for possible deployment to regions affected by Hurricane Katrina.
If you have a team that is available to provide support for this effort, please complete the CISM Team Availability Form and fax it to (202) 737-8418.
To facilitate the most rapid response and resource assessment, please ensure that complete contact information, as well as the number of personnel in each category, is provided.
The IAFF will contact the designated CISM point of contact to coordinate all logistics once it determines which CISM teams will be activated.
