The firefighters just happened to notice smoke coming from a three-story house.

Two off-duty firefighters jumped into action when they saw a house on fire in Flushing and helped save a 10-year-old boy.

The firefighters just happened to notice smoke coming from a three-story house on Burling Ave. Tuesday afternoon.

They rushed inside and came across the young boy.
