``It is still burning,'' Minot Sheriff's Lt. Willie Graham said at 8:30 a.m. ``All the emergency units have pulled back from the area right now.''
Authorities said the fire was reported in a Farstad Oil Inc., office building on Minot's northeast side, around 9 p.m. Sunday. Crews from Minot and two surrounding towns battled the blaze.
At 2 a.m., the low temperature at the Minot airport was 27 below, the National Weather Service said.
Firefighter Bob Wetzler said the crews pulled back early in the morning for safety, after getting some trucks and other machinery out of the storage area.
``It's going to burn for a while,'' he said.
