Virgil, New York House Gutted by Flames

Firefighters Mike Biviano, Tom Walsh, and Kevin Pratt battle a house fire in Virgil, N.Y., Wednesday, March 2, 2005. Occupants LeRoy and Judy Ayers were not at home at the time of the fire and escaped but daughter Loretta barely escaped the flames. She was treated for smoke inhalation.
