One Dead in Firey, Small Plane Crash in Arkansas
EUREKA SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) -- One person has died in the crash of a small plane at the Carroll County Airport, police in Eureka Springs confirmed Thursday.
The private aircraft was making a landing attempt Wednesday during heavy rain. The plane skidded, hit a tree and caught fire.
The name of the victim was not released.
