BEL-RIDGE, Mo. (AP) -- A 2-year-old boy died after a fire at a St. Louis County apartment complex that authorities believe was intentionally set.

The fire happened at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on the ground-floor apartment in Bel-Ridge in north St. Louis County. The victim's name has not been released.

Investigators said someone threw a fire bomb device into the apartment. A woman inside got her infant daughter and herself out, but could not save her son.

An investigation continues. So far, no arrests have been made.
