Mom Mourns Children Lost To Fatal New Jersey Blaze

ALPHA -- As she holds a vigil next to the bedsides of her son and fiancee, Nicole Valente would like the community to do the same for her three children lost in a fire.

In a statement issued Monday, the mother of the three toddlers who died in a house fire last week asked everyone to light a candle for "my babies" -- 1-year-old Ashley, Sydney, 2, and 5-year-old Jack Jr.

Valente said the three kids were "the happiest, sweetest and most loving children in the world."
