Massachusetts Firefighters Battle Two-Alarm Blaze

Fire tore through a tenement house in Fall River Thursday. The alarm for the six-unit house on William Street came in at 1 a.m. Firefighters found heavy flames and smoke when they arrived a few minutes later. About 30 minutes after the firefighters arrived, it went to a second alarm.
