Ky. fire kills 1, injures 3

At least one person died and three people were injured late Sunday night when an apartment building caught fire in Covington, just a block from the city fire department. When police and firefighters arrived shortly after 11 p.m., flames were coming from every window of the three-story, red brick apartment building at 20 E. Robbins, city police officer Brian Steffen said. The blaze was just 100 yards from the city fire house at 100 E. Robbins St.
