Guests are IAFC Project Manager Amy Noel Hultman and the man who made it come together, Battalion Chief John Tippett, Montgomery County (MD) Fire and Rescue Service. Goldfeder wants to know why anyone will take the time to report the dumb and reckless things they do ... and gets the answers.
