The chief of the Flora Fire Department, Adam Randle, resigned on Tuesday just one week before the one-year anniversary of four sisters losing their lives in a deadly house fire on Nov. 21, 2016.

The fire that killed the girls, who ranged in aged from five to 11, in their Columbia Street home has been ruled intentional, but no suspects have been arrested in the case.
