Kentucky Fire Captain Collapses Shortly After Call

Firefighters in Pulaski County are mourning the death of one of their own.
William "Bill" Goodin, 56, Captain of the Mount Victory Volunteer Fire Department, died shortly after returning from an EMS call on Saturday, February 5.

Captain Goodin went on an EMS call late Friday night, and returned to the firehouse around midnight. According to Chief Steven Dykes, Captain Goodin was a frequent sufferer of heartburn, and complained to him that he was not feeling well. Chief Dykes said that Captain Goodin then
