The Editorial
NEWCASTLE, Wyo. -- The hospital, the police department, the fire station -- these are places where we assume our children will be safe.
The death of a 16-year-old is tragic by definition and knowing that her death came while under the care of those people we trust the most with our lives only makes the loss more difficult.
But what happens when the fire alarm sounds and a fireman who has been drinking responds to the call and gets behind the wheel of a fire truck?
