4th Annual Trevor Win'E Memorial CrossFit Challenge

Join us as we salute our military families and workout on Memorial Day, May 31st, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Orange County Fire Authority drill grounds located at 1 Fire Authority Road in Irvine.

The 4th Annual Trevor Win’E Memorial Challenge is in honor of Army SPC Trevor Anthony Win’E from Orange, who was killed in action near Mosul, Iraq on May 1st, 2004. So, come out and support our military heroes! By participating, your $200 entry fee will buy one cooling vest (mist-n-go) to a service person who is being deployed overseas. Your team can donate your vest to any deployed service man or woman!

Last year we raised over $53,000 and the cause was able to donate 364 cooling vests to the folks who need them most. Join the cause and do it for the heroes! Teams of four complete the following WOD:  300 Pull ups, 400 Push ups, 500 Sit ups, and 600 Squats.

Don’t panic at the amount – this is a team effort so it is accumulative reps. Only two teams members can exercise at a time, and all reps must be completed before moving on to the next movement (i.e. finish all pull ups before moving on to the push ups).
