MA Firefighters Tackle Fast-Moving 3-Alarm Blaze

A large blaze ripped through a market in Brockton early Thursday, according to news outlets.
The fire started at Rice’s Market at 763 North Main St. around 4:30, quickly spreading to most of the building and eventually growing to three alarms, WBZ reported.
As of 6:15 a.m. Thursday, firefighters were still battling the blaze, according to WCVB’s reporting.
Parts of North Main Street and Emerson Avenue were closed to traffic while crews worked to put out the fire, WBZ reported. Drivers should avoid the area, authorities said.
WCVB reported flames shooting out of the roof of the building.
No injuries have been reported, according to the news outlet.
