Video: IN Train Collides with Stalled Semi-Trailer

An off-duty firefighter captured a scary moment in a cell phone video when a train crashed into a semi-trailer that had stalled on an Indiana railway.

The Indianapolis Fire Department posted the video to social media after the incident at Massachusetts Ave. and Olney St. on Thursday morning.

The brief video taken from the inside of a vehicle begins with a shot of the vacant truck before the train rips through the trailer and cause a brief flash. The post says the burst of flame was the result of starch being hauled inside the trailer, and the fire was quickly extinguished.

Thankfully, there were no injuries in the incident.
