A California firefighter's helmet camera captured dramatic footage of crews putting out flames at a burning apartment Tuesday.
Fresno firefighters responded to the blaze at about 9 a.m., KSEE-TV reports. Two residents were able to escape, and crews kept the blaze from spreading to other apartments.
“If you’ve ever burnt your dinner, or looked inside a burned pot, that’s what the inside of this unit looks like,” Battalion Chief Kirk Wanless told KSEE. “Everything’s charred and burnt and black.”
