Baltimore City FF among Three Injured In Residential Blaze

A Baltimore City firefighter suffered burns and two people were critically injured jumping out of a window after flames engulfed the second and third floors of a row house.

A Baltimore firefighter was among three people injured in a residential blaze Tuesday.

The fire broke out in a row house on the west side of the city, WJZ-TV reports. When crews arrived, flames had engulfed the home's second and third floors, and they eventually spread to nearby homes before firefighters could get them under control.

Two people suffered critical injuries from jumping out a window to flee the flames. A firefighter suffered burns during the blaze and was taken to the hospital.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
