Overnight Fire Consumes NY Multi-Family House
Islip Terrace firefighters were called out to house fire with possible people trapped early Saturday morning.
Firefighters were met with heavy fire conditions when they arrived and learned that all occupants had escaped.
The fire spread to the attic of the home and crews were pulled out for a defensive attack.
According to News12.com, the home had eight apartments and the fire displaced 19 residents.
