Used Car Dealership Fire Sends PA Firefighter to Hospital

A Pennsylvania firefighter was injured during a fire that broke out at a used car lot Wednesday.

Crews from multiple departments responded to the call at a Muhlenberg Township dealership at about 1 p.m., Berks Weekly reports. Several cargo container storage units and a building caught fire at the business, forcing for the road around the lot to shut down for several hours.

A firefighter suffered injuries battling the fire and was taken to the hospital. No details were released concerning how the firefighter was injured, the extent of the injuries or the firefighter's department affiliation.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
