A Salt Lake City firefighter was injured battling a three-alarm fire that burned down an office building and displaced a half-dozen residents of a neighboring apartment complex Sunday.
The fire broke out at about 2 a.m. at an office building in the city's Sugar House area, KSTU-TV reports. Flames threatened a nearby apartment building, and the residents were evacuated.
One firefighter suffered smoke inhalation during the call and was taken to the hospital. The condition of the firefighter was unclear.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
