Salinas firefighters battled a four-alarm fire that destroyed the Taylors Farms facility prompting shelter-in-place orders due to a potential ammonia leak.
Firefighters struggled to control the blaze as they were not getting the kind of water pressure they need to put out this fire, according to KION News Channel.
Fire officials said the blaze was likely started by a welding project in the facility and that Taylor Farms employees were not in the structure when the fire began.
