A Raleigh firefighter was injured Sunday when part of a ceiling fell on him at an apartment fire.
Four residents, hanging from windows, were rescued by firefighters shortly after 6:10 a.m., according to abc7.
Battalion Chief Dena Ali said the residents and firefighter were transported and are expected to recover. A dog perished in the fire.
The cause is under investigation.
