St. Louis, MO, Firefighters Battled Four-Alarm Warehouse Fire

Feb. 5, 2024
Capt. Garon Mosby said St. Louis firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to adjacent structures.

St. Louis firefighters spent hours Saturday battling a four-alarm warehouse fire.

"This is one of those where we surround the structure. And basically, I don't want to say surround and drown, but that's essentially what it is. Large amounts of water from the exterior —not committing resources inside," Capt. Garon Mosby told KSDK.

Firefighters prevented the blazze in the vacant block-long building from spreading.

The cause is under investigation.
