The massive blaze that destroyed a grain elevator, taxed Hawley's water supply and forced schools to stay closed Monday remains under investigation.
Firefighters from 17 departments were involved in the operation, KARE11 reported.
During the fire, town officials sent residents a message asking that the refrain from using water.
Tankers from mutual aid departments provided muck-needed water.
It took more than seven hours for the fire to be extinguished.
