Boston Firefighters Battle Three-Alarm Fire

The fire that left three civilians with smoke inhalation spread to a nearby building, a shed and trees.

Three people were injured and more than a dozen have been displaced following a three-alarm fire Saturday in Boston.

Within five minutes, crews said the fire had burned through the rear porches of the three-family home at and had spread to a nearby building.

Deputy Fire Chief Michael Hocking told WCVB: "Three civilians took in some pretty good smoke. They're at the Boston Medical Center now with some smoke inhalation."

No firefighters were injured.
