Boats, Vehicles Create Heavy Fire Load in New Orleans Storage Unit
New Orleans and Jefferson Parish firefighters battled a stubborn fire in a storage unit Wednesday afternoon.
Firefiighters quickly called for additional alarms as they attempted to get into the building, WGNO reported.
Inside, they found burning boats and vehicles which created the heavy fire load, firefighters said.
Crews worked for two hours before getting the fire under control.
